Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Each VIC Cloth is packed with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method.
Estimated delivery times will also be shown during checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or offer a solution that feels right.

Address Accuracy

If you need to adjust your address, please contact us as soon as possible—once an order ships, we’re unable to make changes.
